The Sub-1GHz ISM TxRX ASIC is a low power, high performance single chip wireless transceiver SoC that operates over the 169-960MHz ISM frequency range, specifically targeting SRD (short-range device) applications. The receiver is based on a single conversion

low-IF architecture with digital demodulation. The RF front-end includes auto-calibrated and

configurable analog channel filters and a high dynamic range sigma-delta ADC. The fractional-N synthesizer provides flexible frequency planning, FSK modulation and low

phase noise. The transmitter includes a single-ended PA. The PA is capable of delivering up to +13dBm constant power into 50ohm antenna load over the rated supply range.  Configurable1 DSP features such as Forward Error Correction (FEC) deliver optimized performance in a diverse range of SRD usage scenarios. Viterbi FEC delivers 3dB link budget

enhancement for low data rate applications.
